Hi everyone, So I signed up for a paper and goodie swap on life on the scrap beach. My partner and I have been messaging each other to find out our interests. I've put her package together and here are some pictures. The swap is a 6x6 paper swap, but I did not have the heart to cut the papers. So I am sending her the full sheets. The paper collection is Flora & Fauna by K & Co. It is such a beautiful collection and I had several of the embellishments that go with the collection. I'm excited to see what I get back. I also made a card and a tag.
On another note, I have my granddaughter visiting from California. She is 4 years old and her name is Makailah. I have been a little distracted since I have not seen her in awhile. But I am finally sending off my package. I hope you all have been creating new things. Since spring is around the corner, its time to pull out the pastel colors. I must admit, I like more of a grungy look and darker colors. I guess its time to try new things. Lol. Well thanks for stopping by and you all have a blessed night or day. God Bless Carmen

February Card Swap
Hello everyone,
Well I have finished my cards for the February Card swap for Life on the Scrap beach hosted by Belinda Akers. I had lots of fun making these cards. I used a stamp by Inkadinkado by Brenda Walton. The name of it is Chelsea Sentiments. I used a spellbinders die for the flower. And also a labels 4 and oval for the sentiment. I added diamond dust to the flower. I really liked the way it turned out. I made six and will recieve six back from different swappers. I'm excited to see what I will get back. I have a couple of other swaps that I signed up for and I better get back to work. So I hope that you are all having fun creating something. I will post pictures when I get my return swaps. Thanks for stopping by and Take Care. God Bless Carmen

Just Checking in.
Hello everyone, I've been a little busy working on some swaps at Life on the Scrapbeach. I entered a card swap where I have to make and send in 6 cards. I will post pictures soon. I also entered a 6 x 6 paper and goodie swap, which I am working with my partner to figure out our likes and what not. I also have signed up to make a Mini album for patients at a hospital. These are patients with cancer. I will post an update with the details. So I've been kind of busy. I hope you all have found some inspiration to create. It is very good therapy. Did I say that it is also and Addiction. Well yes it is. Lol. Once you get bit by the bug you are done. It is such a wonderful feeling to be able to create something that you know someone with love and enjoy. It's amazing where you can find inspiration, So keep on crafting. Until next time take care and God Bless. XOXO, Carmen

It was so much fun at the scrappy bowl party with Kathryn at Life on the Scrap Beach. Thanks so much to the Ladies from Stampendous who were there and participating in the give aways. The cards and projects they made using the new products are so beautiful. You really need to check them out. I will try to post their blogs so that you can check them out for yourself. I am working on my cards that I need to make for a swap on the beach. I have to send in 6 cards. I've signed up for a couple of other swaps also. So I better get to bed so that I can work on them tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by and May God bless you. xoxo, Carmen
